Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management - This role will be responsible for delivering the
Package design capability for different brands in MENA region, closely
collaborating with the Brand teams on day-to-day basis for project briefs,
ensure the high-end quality on all deliverables
* Project Management - End-to-End managing the scope of work, timelines, project allocation, quality check, iterations, ensure the preparation of final print ready file with correct specs shared with the Printer.
* Expert in Package Design - Expertise in Packaging design to understand the brief and mentor the team to deliver the expected quality
* Team Management - Day-to-Day team administration tasks, Quality review, Feedbacks, Performance reviews on regular basis
Communication - Pro-actively connect with requestors, vendor printer and GBS
leadership over email and calls
Qualifications
*
7+ experience in Packaging Design for a CPG company. Strong preference for
candidates with both, agency and client background.
* Expert Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is must, other Adobe tool and 3D max knowledge is preferred
* Demonstrated understanding of relationships between agencies, brands, retailers, and vendors.
* Experience working with designers and agencies.
* Solid project management, process, and organizational skills with a heightened attention to detail.
* Previous experience managing direct reports.
* Language proficiency both in English and Arabic is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY).
* Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of brands and projects with detail-oriented lens.
* Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
* Leadership: Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
