Job Responsibilities:
* Proceed with the Recruitment Process Internally and / or externally once receiving the requisition in attachment with the JD from the hiring manager.
* Prepare and post job Ads externally through different recruitment channels (ex: websites, social networks, agencies. etc).
* Collect & Screen CV's in alignment with the Hiring Manager, followed by the conduction of HR interviews and recommending a short list to the Hiring Manager for technical assessment.
* Manage Internal Transfers Procedures.
* Maximize the CV Database with resumes of candidates that would fulfill the current and potential vacancies.
* Prepare & Distribute job offers, pre-employment Medical Checkup letters & Hiring Documents letters to the offered candidates.
* Organize with the Recruitment Team for the preparation of employment fairs.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in Recruitment.
* Enrollment in an HR certificate or Diploma is a plus.
