Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
Lead on activation of licensing plans, through:
* Partnering with supporting functions to:
* Sales: direct vehicles to traffic offices to receive licenses and invoices & following up on suspended vehicles statuses.
* Insurance: to receive and deliver vehicle certificates.
* Central workshops, insurance and Legal reps: on vehicles auctions and finalize all needed procedures
* Exectute licensing operations cycle for company owned wehicles as per the annual plan as well as unplanned licensing issues, in alignment with traffic policies.
* Follow-up on licensing procedures and monitor pitty cash settlments and suspended vehicles invoices.
* Coordinate with traffic offices officials to direct concerned vehicles to the inspection.
* Followup on the registration of daily data update with the Admin, Data and Finance executive in the daily report.
* Report to Licensing Head on Licenses statuses & pitty cash settlement as per plan.
* Conduct weekly report with licensing specialist on assigned plan progress.
* Issuance of vehicles traffic violation status report according to labor policies.
* Issuance of monthly report of licensing finalization process as reported by Licensing Specialists.
* Maintain update on all pitty cash settlement processes in alignment with Finance team.
* Conduct periodic report to Licensing and Function Heads on no of updated units (Sales, Deployment & Private).
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of experience.
* Awareness of national license laws and regulation is preferred.
* Automotive background is preferred.
* Working knowledge of MS Office.

* Excellent social skills and relationships with different cultures of people
