Description:
For an upcoming project opportunity, we are currently looking for a national
water and sanitation expert.
Qualifications:
S/he should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering with >‎20
years' experience in different water and sanitation technologies, programmes
and water & wastewater quality.
His/Her specific tasks and activities will include but not limited to:
* Assist the team leader in presenting the technical activities to EWRA staff;
* Provide technical assistance and capacity building to EWRA staff to develop its business plan, SOP and tariff model and the assignment requirements;
* Assist in presenting the technical activities to different stakeholders;
* Provide technical assistance and capacity building to EWRA staff to include environmental aspects during preparing the deliverables of the assignment;
* Excellent communication skills to communicate with stakeholders.
