GOPA Infra is searching for a Construction Supervision Expert (m/f/d) for the
AfDB-financed project "Procurement of Project Management Consultancy Services
(IRSUE-Luxor)"...
Task description:
The tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Assist the team leader in presenting the design activities to all stakeholders.
* Monitor the construction supervision consultants and contractors.
* Monitor the programme construction to ensure timely and successful progress of the programme.
* Prepare evaluation reports for the existing treatment plants and for the networks within the Performance Improvement Action Plan (PIAP).
* Prepare a complete set of the tender documents for networks and WWTPs that should be included in the PIAP to improve the performance of the LWWC.
* Prepare asset registry for all assets built under the programme.
* Any other relevant work support the achievements of the programme targets.
Qualifications:
* Local senior level professional with a civil engineering background and should hold no less than ‎15 years relevant prolessional experience.
* Must have knowledge or wastewater networks and treatment plants. The position requires physical efforts including extensive travelling.
* Fuent in Arabic and English.
* ‎10 years experience in implementation and operation of the wastewater networks and treatment process, decentralized/onsite-sanitation systems and low cost technologies.
