About The Role:
As Search Specialist "SEM", will play a crucial role in improving the online
visibility and driving organic and paid traffic to our website. You will be
responsible for implementing and managing search engine optimization (SEO) and
search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase website rankings, attract
qualified traffic, and optimize conversion rates. Your role will require a
strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices, analytical skills, and the
ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and search engine
algorithm changes.

Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases with high search volumes and relevancy.

Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and other on-page
elements to improve organic rankings.
*
Develop and implement link building strategies to increase the number and
quality of inbound links.
* Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing SEO best practices.

Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to
adjust strategies accordingly.
*
Paid Search Campaign Management (SEM):
Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such
as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or social media advertising platforms.

* Perform keyword research and develop targeted ad groups and compelling ad copies.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in business or any other relevant
*
In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices and strategies.
* Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz,
SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
* Experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads or Bing Ads.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
* Proficient in HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS).

Very good in the English language (speaking, reading and writing).
