Job Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support to account managers, relationship managers and sales staffs in their daily administrative tasks
* Manage and analyze leads, sales operation activities and forecasts by actively using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales intelligence software
* Responsible to develop, maintain and update an organized system to track, monitor, and prioritize tasks and projects
* Responsible for the key team activities e.g. setting staff meeting agendas, driving all hands meetings and cyclical events.
* Prepare detailed regular reports on sales with relevant information on key accounts, leads and various special initiatives
* Responsible to plan, coordinate, manage and schedule meetings, conferences, and teleconferences for team
* Responsible to prepare and review formal reports and documents (e.g. agendas, actions, correspondence, briefing notes, and PowerPoint presentations)
* Handle administrative duties of the team
