Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Kuwait. Their 130 bed
accredited facility includes inpatient rooms, labor rooms, neonatal units,
Intensive Care Units, Operation Theatres, Emergency Room, outpatient clinics
and sub-specialized medical/surgical fields. Currently, the hospital is
adopting an expansion plan to 230 beds.
Our client is a large private hospital in the state of Kuwait, looking for a
skilled Orthopedic Consultant to surgically or therapeutically treat and
repair any injuries or illnesses to the musculoskeletal system, including the
bones, muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons.
* Perform surgical procedures to realign fractured bones/ligaments or to replace joint/hip bones;
* Prescribe medications and supplements to ease the pain of a condition and strengthen joints;
* Recommend special diet, hygiene, and exercises necessary to enhance a healing process;
* Provide surgical assistance and consultation to medical doctors and general practitioners;
* Delegate tasks as well as coordinate the activities of nurses and other medical staff;
* Monitor inventory level of medical supplies to facilitate stock replacement as maybe required;
* Examine surgical implements, equipment, and operating room to ensure they are sterile and ready for medical procedure;
* Proffer recommendations to address lower back and spine issues;
* Carry out research to develop and improve on existing operating procedures and surgical technique;Update families on the progress of treatment as well as steps necessary for recovery.
You are a dedicated physician with great knowledge of your specialty, looking
to grow and develop even more professionally.Skills & Competencies:
* A caring and compassionate nature when dealing with patients;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;Proficient in using various medical implements to reattach, set and replace defective bones or ligaments;Education & Qualifications:MBBS AND Specialty degree AND High qualification (Specialty Diploma, Fellowship, PHD, European Board, American, Canadian, German, Irish & UK Board);
* Experience not less than 12 years, 7 years after the high qualification will get Consultant level license;
* Willing to relocate to Kuwait.
