Grand Hyatt Kuwait are looking for a passionate, dynamic and meticulous
professional who enjoys leading, motivating and driving the team of a unique
Chinese Dining Destination.
A unique restaurant in a one of a kind setting. Lustrous design backed by a
phenomenal narrative. The cuisine is inspired by faithfully crafted
traditional Chinese dishes. MEI LI (Chinese for "Beautiful") deserves a truly
special individual to manage operations.
This position requires hands-on leadership with strong people management,
capable of teaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team in a high volume, upscale
restaurant. Ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation, while
guaranteeing the delivery of the restaurants operational strategies and
standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5*
luxury hotel or standalone restaurant experience in the following areas:
* Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in high-end dining operations.
* Creativity and out of the box thinking is a must
* A relentless and infectious passion for Chinese food trends and restaurants concept
* Someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set that drives quality
* An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skill
* A sound pre-opening experience in standalone restaurants or large hotel operations would be advantageous
