Located in the heart of Place Vendome, the Maison Chaumet is a major actor in
the luxury sector and represent the symbol of the Parisian jewelry excellence
since its creation in 1780. Thanks to its exceptional knowledge passed from
one generation to the other, Chaumet 's history is merged with the French
History and that of the Empress Josephine. Currently in transformation and
anchored in modernity, Maison Chaumet is now part of a global repositioning
context with strong growth in sales within the LVMH group.
In this dynamic and challenging growth context, you will have the opportunity
to contribute to the development of Chaumet.
Based in Boutique Administrator (F/M) will be responsible for :
Stock & AFSS
Inventory (Weekly & Monthly Basis)
Shipments (Receiving / Sending)
Consignments coordination
Inter-boutiques transfers
Returns to HQ
AFSS to Paris
Other Responsibilities
POSM Orders
Stationery Orders
Petty Cash Management & Reports
BOH Organization
Coordination with services suppliers ( Cleaning, security, Mall permits…etc)
For Kuwait: representative of the brand at Customs
