Early Professional
Role:
Performs dailyoffice tasks to support Management, FS team mobilization,
coordination forTooling Center, SRE and other internal /external departments,
office &document management.
What are my responsibilities?
* Office administrative tasks & documentation management
* Prepare and compile reports, presentations and support Management
* Support Field Service team resource planning and mobilization (visa,flight, accommodation, gate passes, etc.) within Kuwait and abroad.
* Maintain time sheets and other documentation
* Implement and manage processes in line with company policies and directives
Eligibility:
* Excellent organizational skills and professional working style
* Word, Excel & PowerPoint to intermediate level as a minimum, preferably advanced level
* Good interpersonal skills - strong communicator
* High integrity, able to work with complete confidentiality
