The Role:
Ensure that compensation, and commission schemes are aligned to FT/OK business strategy, to maximise sales motivation and value for FT/OK.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
Supervise the daily work of the team members in charge of increasing International sales of FT and Ooredoo products and services
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
Other Information:
Required At least 5 years related work experience in Kuwait.
