Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Collecting payments and posting the amount paid to customer accounts in opera.
* Locating and monitoring overdue invoices using Opera and other tracking sheets.
* Maintaining accurate and current records regarding the status and outcome of the collection efforts.
* Identifying and informing customers of overdue accounts by email, phone calls, or personal visits to request payment.
* Ensure that customer statements are consistent with the hotel's accounts receivable records and report any discrepancies to the Credit Manager.
* Make sure that all the invoices matches with the guest folio and company covering letter, before delivery.
* Make sure to delivery the invoices within the time indicated by Four Seasons policy.
* Print, prepare and deliver statements for outstanding C/L accounts at least twice per month.
* Follow up on payment for any outstanding invoices.
* Communicate promptly with the Credit Manager on any discrepancies in billing payments and other potential problems.
* Assist the Credit Manager with the filling system for the outstanding invoices as well as for the paid invoices.
* Assist the Credit Manager in the performance of his/her other duties as requested including the following.
* Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
* Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Account receivable, or Credit Manager.
Preferred Requirements (Qualifications and Skills):
* The candidate must have solid computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
* Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Arabic.
