Job Description:
* Contact and visit debtors as needed to ensure payment received as planned
* Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
* Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments
* Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
* Handle questions or complaints
* Create trust relationships with debtors to avoid future issues
* Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay
Requirements
High School or Diploma
2 year as a Bill Collector
Good level of English Literacy
