This Opportunity

LBS is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to support the LOGCAP V
Program in Kuwait. Join our team and grow with us as we provide best in-
class services that help clients solve their most complex challenges.

Your Impact

• Sourcing service providers to provide various components of onboarding (i.e: PPE, Security Systems, etc);


• Complete required security clearance procedures for covered positions; interact with government agency(ies) on exceptional cases;


• Conduct orientation training on security measures and safeguards, as well as scheduled briefings for all site personnel;


• Manage the inventory and distribution of all proprietary property; sub-hand receipted GFE property assigned to Louis Berger; and maintain the property book on the contract's system of record.


• Assist with all contracting reporting requirements.


• Provide status updates to key members of operations management and LOGCAP leadership team on the status of training completed; and mobilization of personnel.


• ‎72-hour work week and eligible for PTO

Who You Are

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of five (‎5) years' experience supporting contingency contracts in the Middle East.
* Must be willing to travel to and work overseas in an austere environment under very spartan conditions
* Strong organization skills; previous experience leading and working within teams
* Has experience working on projects with demanding deadlines and contingencies
* Able to work long hours to achieve a successful mission
* Excellent problem-solving skills and effective at collaborating with internal and external partners
* Very strong skills working with Microsoft Office Suite of products - Outlook, Word, Excel
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize several issues at one time and execute results
* Basic knowledge of JPAS
* Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen
* Comply with Company Drug and Alcohol Policy
