Role Purpose
Responsible for keeping track of all cash management and Treasury related
transactions. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Preparing LG and monthly Reconciliation and documentation
* Preparing manual journal vouchers for bank transfers (internally only).
* Balance sheet account reconciliations (Individual team responsibilities)
* Bank Reconciliation BB Knet & Online account
* Aging Report - IFRS 9
* Processing Tender, Performance & Advance LG as per Sales Request
* Preparing , Processing Intl Calls LGs & follow-ups with various banks
* Coordination / correspondence with Banks
* Menafile : Coordinating within Dept. and Company for Archiving documents
* Preparing Year End Letters (Cash management)
* Preparing Gen. Letters & Memos for Cash management
* Policies & Procedures for Cash Management
* IFRS 9 computation
* Closing and Opening of period in respective modules - Cash Management
* Responsible for top-up pre-paid cards issued to Sales, Technology and HR department for day to day operations. Implement accounting policies and procedures in order to achieve the Finance Department objectives.
* Build relations through confidence and judgment with positively influencing change and innovation.
* Understand the team and collaborates with others to achieve objectives; proactively seek clarification when needed.
* Demonstrate awareness of workloads, offer help team members and take on additional tasks when appropriate.
* Contribute to team discussion to share knowledge and offer ideas and solutions that can benefit the group.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Finance or accounting from a recognized university
