•Support payments and FX management under the guidance of Senior Treasury
Officer. •Enter data for processing Letters of Credit & Letter of Guarantees
based on the request from the department - opening, amendments & cancellations
based on guidance or SOP of Treasury Officer / Sr. Treasury Officer. •Maintain
database of letters of credit. •Prepare data and coordinate with departments
for documents. •Enter data of bank advises into ERP / FIMS for LC / LG
issuance, amendment / extension. •Coordinate with departments & banks for any
queries related to LC / LG. •Provide inputs to Sr. Accountant for yearend
reports of LC / LG for External Auditors. •Receive original LC Invoices from
department, obtain mandate signatures, stamp and send back to the concerned
department.
