to aid strategic planning & decision making.
1. Relevant Experience (Minimum of 4 Years):
• The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in
Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment.
• This experience should include a proven track record of successfully
managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing,
interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Having experience in a similar industry or organization size may be
advantageous, but not necessarily a strict requirement.
2. Teamwork and Leadership:
• The candidate must recognize the value and responsibility of working
effectively in a team.
• Actively support and contribute to the development of team members,
fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• The ability to identify and proactively solve issues within the team, to
ensure the HR department operates smoothly and efficiently.

decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Tools and Software, Especially Excel:
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, with a particular emphasis on
Excel.

financial dashboards, and other data-driven documents.
• Ensure efficient data management and reporting within the HR department.
