Role overview
We are searching for a motivated Accounts Assistant who is an excellent
multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.
Main Responsibilities
* Reconcile the purchase order with the invoice and address any discrepancies.
* Record the supplier invoices and update expense reports
* Keep a track of the pending invoicing for which receiving is done and follow up on the invoices
* Providing support to the Accounting Department.
* Handle communication between the organization and vendors
* Prepare the statement of accounts of each supplier in order to process the payment
* Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
* Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements & Skills**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* Proficiency with computers, MS Office and bookkeeping software
* Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with basic accounting principles
* Professional manner and a strong ethical code
* Attention to detail
* Confidentiality
* Commitment to working efficiently and accurately with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
