The purpose of this job is to lead or implement engineering solutions, both
complex and standard, with a focus on one aspect of a larger project. This
could involve areas like ESD (electrostatic discharge). The goal is to
successfully complete the project within the allotted time and budget while
ensuring the required quality standards are met. The job may also involve
direct interaction with customers to address design details for non-standard
solutions. Additionally, the role includes providing technical coaching and
mentoring to an assistant and actively sharing knowledge with other engineers
in the team. The job is also responsible for supporting project implementation
in alignment with objectives related to profitability, customer satisfaction,
schedule adherence, working capital, and safety performance, with a focus on
continuous improvement.
