Summary
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Restaurant
General Manager for Liberte.
Liberte is a Modern Brasserie rooted in classicism, yet reimagined through
innovation. Splendidly integrated into the light-filled 360 Mall, diners will
enjoy familiar favorites ingeniously brought to life through culinary
creativity and delivered through a sense of fresh, feminine energy."
This position requires hands-on leadership with strong people management,
capable of teaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team in a high volume, upscale
restaurant. Ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation, while
guaranteeing the delivery of the restaurants operational strategies and
standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5*
luxury hotel or standalone restaurant experience in the following areas:
* Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in similar luxury hotels or high-end dining operations.
* Creativity and out of the box thinking is a must.
* Native Arabic speaker.
* Someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set that drives quality.
* An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skill.
* A sound experience in standalone restaurants or large hotel operations would be advantageous.
