Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum Experience:
2+ Years' experience in finance function.
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
* Advanced communication, presentation, and administration skills.
* Accounting software knowledge
Main Duties
Strategic Responsibilities :
* Maintain accurate Financial records
* Handle petty cash and ensure petty policy compliance.
* Ensure to achieve KPIs set to achieve finance excellence.
Functional Responsibilities
* Provide bank statements with receipt numbers to HQ finance to perform cash clearing.
* Manage petty cash and ensure all petty cash payments are made as per company policies and DOA.
* Ensure to meet the timeline for daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements set by Senior Accountant and OSM
* Support School based Team, OM & Principal wherever possible to ensure smooth finance operation.
* Work towards achieving excellence in finance functions.
* At least identify 1 process improvement and work together with school team.
