This role is responsible for the processing and reporting of inward/outward
payments in SAP along with reconciliation of all such transactions.

Job Description:
* Process policyholder and vendor payments through effective usage of SAP system
* Reconciliation of bank accounts and clearing open line items.
* Receipt of bank statements and balance validation
* Reconcile all premium and general bank accounts, on a daily basis along with the generation of monthly reconciliation reports
* Reconcile Isle of Man SAP ledgers
* Ensure all expenses are accurately recorded under correct cost centers & charge codes
* Handle Petty cash floats and proper book keeping of reimbursed expenses
* Payment Processing and clearing from SAP and assist in monthly closing
* Handle payments & premium related queries and communicate with internal/external customers
* Achieve agreed SLAs & accuracy levels to maintain quality & service standards
* Record and bank cheques, TTs from bank assurance partners.
* Assist in the handling of other areas of work within the department as and when required by the Team Leader/Manager
* Undertake a range of clerical, administrative, and other duties as required to support the team
