the training plan of the project. You will make sure all project employees
will meet the required training methods and standards specified for each role.

Your responsibilities as training coordinator
* Execution of the implemented training plan for the project. Keeping good overview and record of all training related matters.
* Ensuring all project employees will meet the required training standards of the project (follows up on this proactively).
* Monitoring and updating the project training matrix, and making sure all personnel has valid certificates and trainings as per requirements.
* Ensuring compliance with (inter)national law and legislation and company/project policies and procedures.
* Contributing to the improvement of deployment processes and procedures (dares to up with suggestions).
* Comfortable dealing with high work pressure and able to prioritize.
Your qualities and experience
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages (such as Excel).
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in Saudi is a plus.
* Relevant work experience in a training or learning & development role or training company would be preferred.
* Good command of English (written and spoken). Remarkable organizational skills.
