**Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai. The resort sprawls


across an enchanting natural preserve and is embellished by the emerald-
colored Red Sea.**


The transferring employee should have the Egyptian passport.





  • Golden Sales & Catering Admin:



  • Ensures Golden Sales & Catering is running optimally

  • Reviews accounts for recoding or deletion

  • Contract and merge document maintenance

  • Manages data to ensure accurate reporting and seamless integration with other departments.

  • Reviews bookings for complete details and accuracy of room block, function space and rate.

  • Notifies Reservations of changes, cancellations, new tentative and definite

  • Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events

  • Ensures group deposits are traced and received


  • Post-Conference attrition analysis and coordination with Credit Manager




  • Audits managers weekly; initiates promotional campaigns when audit results drop




  • Responsible for correct and consistent tracking of incentives, goals and performance, and is a key contributor to Marketing Plan and budgets.




  • Prepares and extract reports are requested by the DOS and DOM




  • Handling of incoming and outgoing mails




  • Answer Office phone and provide general office assistance and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships in liaison with Sales members
