Creative Lead for AlUla Season in KSA

create and deliver events and activations in the region.

The role:

Balich Wonder Studio KSA is searching for a Creative Lead to join the
creative team in Saudi Arabia to be part of the AlUla 's Season ‎2023/‎2024
from August ‎2023 to May ‎2024.

AlUla is an oasis-city of extraordinary human and natural heritage. The
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has long been a crossroads of ancient civilizations --
a place of deep history, but one that is constantly evolving. AlUla is an
extraordinary example of this.
AlUla Season has five festivals and seven marquee events across art , culture,
wellness , heritage, adventure, sport and music .

The Creative Lead will develop and direct all the creative elements of
events taking place in AlUla, such as narratives, overall design, concepts,
scripts, among others. He/she will work closely with the Creative Producer,
overseeing and adapting ideas according to each project and budget needs.
He/she will work with a team of designers and coordinators that will support
the creation of projects.

The Creative Lead must be able to understand complex briefings, have strong
understanding of production processes and technical implications, ability to
make fast decisions, with attentive eye for details and social and cultural
context.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

* Develop and direct creative elements for events taking place in AlUla;
* Provide fast and fresh ideas respecting the Saudi cultural and historical context;
* Work closely with the Creative Producer, overseeing and adapting ideas according to each project and budget needs;
* Collaborate with a team of designers and coordinators to support the creation of projects;
* Understand complex briefings and have a strong understanding of production processes and technical implications;
Make fast decisions, with an attentive eye for details and social and cultural
context.

Requirements

• Good communication skills both in Arabic and English languages;


• Previous experience in a similar role in the creative industry (events, theater, spectacles, and arts);


• Ability to understand complex briefings;


• Understanding of production processes and technical implications;
  Ability to make fast decisions.
