The Personal Shopper/Stylist is responsible for providing exceptional one-on-
one shopping experiences to The Closet's VIP customers. This role will work
closely with customers to understand their unique style and preferences and
provide customized recommendations to help them find the perfect designer
products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with VIP customers to understand their style and preferences
* Provide one-on-one assistance to customers in selecting designer products including home visits
* Stay up-to-date on the latest designer trends and product offerings
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration and execution of personal shopping initiatives
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience
* Meet or exceed personal shopping and sales targets
* Assist with in-store events and promotions as needed
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred
* Minimum of ‎2-‎3 years of experience in personal shopping or styling
* Passion for designer fashion and accessories
* Strong knowledge of designer brands and trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
* Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
