The Personal Shopper/Stylist is responsible for providing exceptional one-on-
one shopping experiences to The Closet's VIP customers. This role will work
closely with customers to understand their unique style and preferences and
provide customized recommendations to help them find the perfect designer
products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting in-depth style consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and creating personalized shopping plans accordingly.
* Providing expert fashion advice to clients, including outfit coordination, wardrobe editing, and trend forecasting.
* Accompanying clients to in-store appointments and shopping trips, as well as virtual shopping sessions, to help them find the perfect items that match their style and preferences.
* Conducting home visits to our VIP clients and providing a white-glove service by bringing a curated selection of products for them to select from.
* Assisting clients with selling their pre-owned designer handbags and accessories by offering consignment services and expert advice on what items to sell or keep.
* Creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients receive a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience.
* Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and consignors, proactively reaching out to offer them new products and services that fit their preferences and needs.
* Set and meet targets for customer retention, continuously working to increase the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients through exceptional service ,personalized recommendations and memorable and enjoyable shopping experience
* Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, designers, and collections to provide the most current and relevant advice to clients.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred
* Minimum of ‎2-‎3 years of experience in personal shopping or styling
* Passion for designer fashion and accessories
* Strong knowledge of designer brands and trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
* Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
