Hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
* Train and manage warehouse staff, ensuring they meet productivity and quality standards.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
* Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
* Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and deadlines.
* Manage schedules and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
* Ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Key Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in warehouse management is preferred.
* Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
