Hiring a Secretary for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing databases and filing systems.
* Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative processes.
* Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
* Organizing events and conferences.
* Collating and filing expenses.
* Acting as the first point of contact ; dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
* Conducting or preparing any required researches.
* Following up on the manager/executive's important tasks and deadlines.
* Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
* Oversee office equipment and supplies, and initiate requisitions to replenish inventory.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor degree holder.
* Two to four years work experience as a Secretary.
* Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency.
* Good verbal and written communications skills.
* Ability to multitask and time management skills.
* Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
