Pastoral Learning Assistant

Dubai British School Jumeirah Park are currently recruiting for a qualified
and experienced Pastoral Learning Assistant.

seeking a Pastoral Learning Assistant to join our thriving school, set in the

Requirements:
* A Level or SQA Higher/Advanced Higher or equivalent
* Ability to relate well to children and adults
* Child Protection Level ‎2-‎3 trained (preferable)
* Some knowledge in working with vulnerable students
* Willing to attend courses (Mental Health First Aid, counselling / therapy courses)
* Ability to work constructively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, understand classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Enthusiasm and aptitude for working with students
* Good team player, able to work well as part of a team
