Preferred Qualifications

The Senior Manager, Technical Solutions will be responsible for planning and
overseeing the development and delivery of products and services. This
includes ensuring that financial performance and contractual commitments are
met. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that current and
planned products or services are achievable and delivered according to
stakeholder specifications.

In this role, the Senior Manager, Technical Solutions will lead cross-
functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute
client and solution vision, objectives, and strategy. They will also be
responsible for developing an environment management strategy, change
management and control, and issue management.

The candidate will be expected to research and maintain current knowledge of
emerging technologies and evaluate the implementation of those technologies
within the solution strategy. They will act as an escalation point for
solution issues and risks and engage with internal teams to drive and resolve
incidents. The Senior Manager, Technical Solutions will also support problem-
management activities and provide on-call incident management support for
clients.

Additional responsibilities include leading, directing, and reviewing the team
's work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with
significant contributions toward the achievement of immediate and short-term
results for the organization. You will establish and communicate team or
department goals that support and advance team, department, and organization
objectives; establishing metrics or other performance measures to track
progress.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or ‎4 years equivalent relevant work experience
* At least ‎4 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
* At least ‎3 years of system administration and/or system engineering work experience

Preferred Qualifications
* ‎5+ years of experience in IT management or a related field
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Experience managing IT budgets and resources
* Experience with IT infrastructure and systems, including servers, networks, and security
* Experience with IT project management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Customer-service oriented

Expectations

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to UAE


• Must be willing to travel up to ‎50% as needed


• Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget


• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed

Manages a team supporting and/or implementing software project(s) and/or
internal systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations,
implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures
appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate
specifications. Successful track record in applications implementation and as
a manager. Expert knowledge of all applications within a business area; plus
some knowledge of other applications. BA/BS degree preferred.
