Provides HR support to the Generalist in managing personnel-related
documents;
Checks existing documents in personnel files and updates them;
Provides support in managing the recruitment process;
Checks the job descriptions from the point of view of content and validates
the change suggestions with the HR Generalist E & Support Functions;
Registers in the system the data obtained following the exit interview from
the company for the employees to whom this process is addressed;
Issue the certificates requested by the employees.
Completed secondary education (higher education in progress is an
advantage);
Knowledge of MS Office;
Knowledge of the English language - is an advantage;
