About the Role
The Rewards Analyst will be part of the Human Resources Department that
supports the entire network of GEMS Education schools in MENASA. The Rewards
Analyst will offer support with a multitude of reward activities, including
the compensation cycle and creating salary benchmarks. Assist with bonus and
incentive plans, and implementation of new reward systems. Support senior HR
leaders with high-quality analysis of C&B data and reporting as required.
Key Accountabilities:
* Support the annual review and renewal of all benefits programs.
* Coordinate the annual benefits enrollment process, including developing communication materials, and analysis of benefits.
* Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input and subsequent data extraction for later analysis
* Design and develop business reports to capture key metrics and trends (pay for performance metrics, compensation trending)
* Work effectively with other compensation team members, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP professionals on projects as assigned
* Responsible for the development and maintenance of all total rewards-related knowledge base content, policies, and procedures
* Support senior HR leaders with high-quality analysis of C&B data, reporting, and projects as required.
* Become an expert on the system/s supporting the Total Rewards
* Operate to a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Expected Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources is preferred
Expected Experience:
* 3-5 experience in a similar capacity
* HR or Education industry experience is an advantage
Job Specific Skills:
* Extensive experience with human resource laws, regulations, and best practices
* Strong data, analytical and quantitative skills
* Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
