Compensation & Benefits, or how we like to call it: Total Rewards Analyst will
have the key role in ensuring a healthy performance culture in Nestle by being
involved in compensation and benefits modelling and analysis. Ideal candidate
will support the MENA Market Total Rewards team in the design of a holistic
framework of financial and non-financial rewards aiming to attract, motivate,
and retain employees. Additionally, candidate will assist in training relevant
HR stakeholders on maintaining data quality to generate rewards insights.


A day in the life of...


As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will be accountable for:
* Analyzing and interpreting market survey data.
* Assisting with the overall delivery of key annual rewards cycles for the Market.
* Managing end-‎2-end long term incentive planning, offering, and administration for eligible population considering local tax practices.
* Maintaining the accuracy of compensation related information in SuccessFactors through training and timely information to HR stakeholders.
* Supporting the Job Evaluations exercise in line with Mercer IPE methodology and advising line managers and HR on questions about job grading.
* Leading Nestle's equal pay agenda.
* Developing and/or maintaining relationship(s) with external compensation & benefits network.
* Communicating Rewards offerings to maximize employee appreciation and delivering training/orientation with the support of HRBPs to increase employees' understanding.


What will make you successful



  • University Degree or equivalent

  • Minimum ‎1-‎2 years of professional experience in compensation & benefits

  • Previous experience in matrix/regional HR environment is a plus

  • Strong, determined and well-organized personality, with an ability to prioritize heavy workload based on country priorities and business requirements

  • Accuracy and persistent need for the quality work

  • Flexibility and readiness to work in a virtual team with remote management

  • Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Solid financial and business acumen, very good with numbers

  • Team player
