application today! As an Administrative Assistant, Sales, you will be
responsible for working across Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, and
be primarily responsible for assisting the Russia and CIS team with
administrative tasks such as reports, forms, organising, following up and
tracing pending projects and other such tasks as assigned by the Director of
Sales and Sales Manager.
Other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to maintaining and
updating files on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Carrying out all
departmental reports; weekly and monthly sales reports. Handling all business
travel arrangements for the Sales Team including flights, accommodation, and
cash advances. Sending the tour operators communications to the contracted and
non-contracted partners as per the requirements for all source markets.
The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years ' experience within a
similar role, or working within reservations, or front office departments
within a 5* hotel/resort, within Dubai, and have a passion for working within
a sales environment.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent English language, both spoken and
written, and preferably speak a second language, such as Russian. You will
have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, with extensive understanding
of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Having experience with Opera would be highly advantageous.
