Department Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for Managing team of CSRs who will provide
specialized st1ppon to RMs RMs to achieve high level of satisfaction for their
customers Accountable for ensuring that
overall performance of the subordinate team fully meets the pre-agreed service
delivery and standards productively across a substantial and often varied area
oftra1153ctions and information processing
Brief Description:
Liaising with all detriments especially retail operations of the bank for
resolving customer
service related issues remittance card account opening cheque processing
compliance and legal
Approval and signing off for Nonfinancial transactions FD specia1 rates
account access
Approval AOF Upgrade facility applications and credit card assessments f9rms
as per delegated authority
Process of RM mapping and change of business segment for clients with CSRs
Delegation of duties to CSRs by monitoring and controlling the tasks Also
obtaining Appropriate feedback to them
Attending to customers on behalf of RMs in their absence
Maintaining daily reports of non-financial transactions performance by CSRs as
per audit
requirement
Review requests received by customers and quality check of all transactions
requests received by CSRs to process
Detailed Description:
Training new staffs and familiarizing RMs on the operational system and
procedures
Maintenance of RM wise statistics for NTB Customers upgrades credit cards and
facilities
Introduction of checklists for opening of individual and Business Banking SME
accounts credit cards and f3cility applications
