Main focal point for resolving all escalated customers complaints that are
being sent to the brand on the MOCI portal.
Ensure Customer’s satisfaction aligned with the brand’s policy and procedures.
Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and follow up on
customer interactions.
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with all Ministerial and
governmental officials.
Attending meetings/workshops with the Ministry and representing the brand when
requested.
Daily supervision of the customer care center team leaders in terms pf the
call center inbound/outbound operations and off board tasks
Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members.
Act as a first level of escalation for customer’s escalated issues that needs
exceptional approvals or handling.
Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures and guidelines
and communicate same to all team members.
Support Management by highlighting operational risks and areas for
improvement.
Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members
and delegate duties to all team members.
