Key tasks
*
Manage E2E planning for one of the agent distribution channel & ECOM (both
inbound and outbound)
* Close collaboration with markets and Central teams
* Update and manage forecasts and purchase needs in system
* Produce analytical and shipping reports for the market as per requirements
* Release DOs (purchase orders) to central DC
* Track freshness, stock movement and orders related to the market
* Manage Outbound operations - Enter orders into the system, follow warehouse coordinators for packing list, preparing shipping documents and arrange deliveries
* Liaise with the customers, their agents and forwarders concerning their shipments.
Master data management
*
Maintain updated and accurate product master data in the ERP system.
* Ensure data integrity between systems
Profile:
* Experience in demand & supply planning, customer order processing and inventory management
* Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must
* Working knowledge of ERP systems
* Good team player and strong on collaboration
* Strong attention to detail
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
