The Candidate

As social media community coordinator, **** you will join a committed
marketing team, driven with the intent of delivering 'FIVE-star' experiences
to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

The VIBE at FIVE is all about performing optimally while having the best
professional experience of your life. You will be expected to have a passion
for your role, disrupt norms all whilst having the best time of your life.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active
environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are
second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and
critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye
for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think
'on your feet' during changing situations is also essential.

You'll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving
service goals.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for the company 's social media platforms such as
Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, forum and blog
* Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
* Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
* Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines
* Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community
* Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
* Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback
* Keep up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry

Requirements
What We 're Looking For**

A hands-on approach with a 'can-do' spirit
* Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
* Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
* The ability to manage and drive a highly dynamic operation
* Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
* A degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or experience in Marketing
* Interest and experience in Luxury Retail or F&B sector
* Proactive and 'can do' approach with ability to drive campaigns using minimal guidance and own initiative.
* Fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages are a plus
