What we expect of you, day to day.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Visa University Dubai campus including:
* Welcome all guests as they enter the campus and support all participants and instructors during their entire stay to ensure an exceptional learning experience.
* Manage all campus bookings and proactively resolve booking conflicts.
* Manage furniture setup and catering requests and ensure daily setups match daily plan.
* Collaborate with catering to provide an exceptional break and meal service, optimize spend, and adjust menus seasonally.
* Provide first level A/V support, leveraging and maintaining learning technology tools.
* Use technology to automate attendance capture of events.
* Design and support the execution of informal post-class social, networking and learning events to promote interaction among guests at the campus.
* Manage content and processes for digital and other facility signage.
* Support classroom setup - course materials, technology, layouts, A/V connectivity etc.
* Manage the SharePoint booking tool that handles room bookings.
* Support measurement and reporting on key metrics including and campus utilization, tentative bookings, declined bookings, attendance.
* Continually research, identify, and apply emergent approaches for implementation of exceptional learning experiences
* Connect with the LMS (Learning Management System) team to ensure accurate attendance capture of all events.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, business or relevant field
* You understand what it takes to create a great learning experience in a corporate university campus and are able to think from the perspective of the participant.
* Demonstrated experience coordinating learning programs and events with the ability to manage multiple learning events simultaneously.
* Ability to creatively arrange and regularly enhance the campus environment.
* Experience with classroom technologies such as video conferencing (required), mobile devices in the classroom (preferred), and virtual reality equipment (preferred).
* Exceptional technical trouble-shooting skills. You thrive, and do not freeze, under pressure.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Cornerstone
* SharePoint experience - specifically lists, calendars, and automated workflows.
* Ability to integrate and analyse employee and learning-related data and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Project management skills and exceptional detail orientation.
* Poised at engaging and developing collaborative, productive relationships with participants, business and key stakeholders alike.
* Fluent English required
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both
remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the
office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of
being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
