Supervisor Required To Control Material Quality

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that quality control personnel have the skills required for each of
the activities carried out. As well as monitoring that your work team keeps
its skills matrix updated and in compliance according to the calendar.
Ensure compliance with the area 's KPIs and update them on the area's board
Ensure compliance with the plant 's environmental monitoring program
Ensure compliance with the raw material contaminant monitoring program
Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the area
of quality control
Ensure the release of materials according to the commitment dates (MAD and
Lead times)

Job Requirements:

• Ensure that the guidelines for material inspections are complied with as established


• Ensure the identification of improvement projects and optimization of activities in their area under responsibility


• Promote the integration of the QC team with the different operational areas and plant staff


• Ensure its integration into regional forums related to quality control


• Provide quick response to customer requirements and questions
