aviation company catering department.
Directly reports to Demi chef or chef de partie
Job Location in Dubai
Vacancies : 50+

6 days working and 9 hours job including 1 hour break time.
Work Experience

Minimum 2 Yrs experience including any apprenticeship or industrial training
duration or 3 Years experience in Lieu of technical qualifications
Requirements
Duties**
* Guide & train Commis II and Commis III
* Ensure storage of products according to food safety and quality guidelines
* Always maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, chillers and freezers.
* Ensure and allocate that the Commi II and Commi III are completing tasks on time, provide feedback.
* Communicate with guests/customers help with recommendations, and serve food and beverages in a professional, friendly manner, if required. Maintain a positive image of the company all the time
