Responsibilities
* overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
* conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
* devising and presenting ideas and strategies
* promotional activities
* compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
* writing and proofreading creative copy
* maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
* organizing events and product exhibitions
* updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
* coordinating internal marketing and an organization's culture
* monitoring performance
* managing campaigns on social media
Skills
* Demonstrable experience in social media marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
* Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate (Websites, Facebook, Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
* Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
* Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
* Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
* Excellent composition & communication skills Arabic and English
* Ability to think creatively and innovatively
* Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
* Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
* Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field
