Job Description:
* Managing and maintaining flow of leads in New Business team
* Overseeing the insurance advisors’ response time to ensure customer satisfaction
* Following clients up on certain stages of the lead cycle
* Handling urgent calls and messages in case the advisors are unavailable
* Supporting clients in after-sales requirements such as endorsements, cancellations, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* 2-3 years of sales coordination or calling experience
* Excellent communication (both written and Oral) and people skills
* Detail Oriented
* Strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills
