The Role
* Formatting of CVs to present client to best advantage. • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via telephone calls and emails • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close client's requirements. • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the candidate to avail subscription • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy. • Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs. • Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs. • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing and scheduling interviews. • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients • Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them. • Managing day-to-day activities of the team • Lead and motivate the team and mange performance. • Coach team members and develop team strength and weakness. • Conduct the initial screening to determine suitability and interest of candidates • Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner. • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates registered. • Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements.
