AREA VISUAL MERCHANDISER
MAIN PURPOSE:
* Ensure excellence of Visual Merchandising across all points of sales in UAE market with the aim of increasing sales, profitability and strategic objectives.
* Implement Cartier International Visual Merchandising guidelines in all commercial points of sales in the UAE market.
* Reflect Visual Merchandising consistency across the network, in accordance with International Cartier standards, while reflecting each boutique singularity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead the overall implementation of the Visual Merchandising tools undertaken in all points of sale for the network with timely execution (from external windows to interior displays).
* Ensure all Visual Merchandising set-ups are done to the International Cartier standards and aligned with brand and image.
* Implement display materials for ___product launches, seasonal animations and generic display material in the sales network with a close follow-up and reporting across the market._
* Optimize the selection of visible assortment in each touchpoint.
* Regular boutiques and POS visits to ensure qualitative and dynamic display.
* Ensure all commercial visibility priorities are well implemented in accordance with Cartier standards.
* Identify business opportunities in terms of potential in store events/ animation.
* Be the main referent of the retail and watch specialists' network, responsible for the diffusion of all relevant information and guidelines to stakeholders.
* Create business opportunities __by regularly reassessing each product category 's visible assortment and deliver feedbacks to the VM Manager.
* Enhance Client Experiences through a visually qualitative & stimulating dynamic display (product story telling & animation).
* Collaborate with the boutique teams to ensure the best animation for zoning & improve the traffic flow to maximize the business __performance.

* Support the retail boutique network with Visual Merchandising training tools, tips, guidance for all points of sales including new boutiques opening in the network.
* Organize VM trainings and workshops for the boutique staff to develop & empower a VM community and diffuse relevant information to the team leaders linked to their product category & novelties.

* Manage openings & renovations' display set ups for boutiques and all touchpoints: team organization, guidance creation logistics, set up of boutiques display.
* Develo p a VM merchandising plan for boutique openings & renovations with the validation of the VM Manager.

* Collaborate with Marketing & Commercial teams to ___build macro zoning for events & exhibition._
* Supervise implementation of all local events and local exhibitions.

* Analyze each boutique zoning on a monthly basis, highlighting key performance results and challenges to develop.
* Photos reporting to share the VM display actions and ensure the implementations are consistent with Cartier standards & business priorities.

* Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the luxury industry
* Displays a clear understanding of the luxury industry and the Middle East retail & wholesale distribution channels
