(Dubai, United Arab Emirates) Looking for Retail Store Supervisor for a well-
known retail brand.
About the Role:
As Retail Store Supervisor, you are responsible for the supervision of a team
and/or function within one's own area of expertise and to achieve company
objectives. Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by
employee and that they have the skills and support required to maximise sales.
Responsibilities:
* Ensures conformance of store operations to all applicable laws and regulations.
* Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behavior.
* Assign sales associates to duties
* Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
* Organize and maintain inventory.
* Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
* Train or arrange for training of employee.
Requirements:
* Previous Alcohol store or retail experience, comprehensive product knowledge of alcohol beverage
* Ability to provide leadership and product knowledge training with the team
* Preferably WSET 1 & 2
* Passion for quality and excellence
* Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse organization
* Excellent, proven interpersonal and communications skills
* Preferably work experience in "Duty Free" shop in a similar position
* 5 years of experience in Alcohol industry, FMCG, familiar in Hatta market
* Willing to relocate anywhere in Hatta
* Valid UAE driving license
