We are recruiting for two experienced female or male receptionists to join a
Sports Science and Wellness clinic, as well as a State-of-the art High
Performance Facility. This role is a full time position with a basic salary,
employment visa, medical insurance, 30 days paid leave, free use of the gym
during off-peek hours and 50% off in-house services.
Responsibilities:
Admin:
* All computer work - word, excel, power point.
* Client registration, scheduling and bookings in our booking apps
* Insurance claims filling
* Inventory tracking
* Supplier management
* Daily accounting - closing the accounts, petty cash management
Communication and Management:
* Excellent client communication - able to explain as well as promote services:
* Clinic: able to discuss therapies and treatments,
* Lab: able to explain the gym and recovery equipment (employee will of course be trained on that)
* Able to run in person promotions during events days - talk to potential clients about our services
* Able to assist clients with automated recovery services and operates automated equipment (this will be based on a training)
Qualifications and requirements:
* Skilled in all admin works
* 5 years experience
*
Excellent communicator
* Have fitness / sports background and interest
*
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, actively look
for ways to help people, and adjust actions concerning others' actions.
* Friendly, Energetic and Professional
* 25-35 years old
