Roles and Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls related to general enquiries on insurance policies following the Company guidelines and protocols
* Routing calls to various departments depending on the requirement of the call
* Updating the details of every call attended on the system for further references
* Participate in the complaint resolution process
Qualifications:
* Bilingual Preferred (Speak both English and Arabic)
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Good Interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Prior experience in Insurance industry preferably TPA
